Terms of Service
By creating an account or a page on YourLovePage, you agree to the terms below. We have kept them short and in plain English.
Your account
You need to be at least 13 years old, and if you are under 18 you need permission from a parent or guardian. Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Your content
Everything you upload stays yours. You give us permission to store and display it for the purpose of running your page, and nothing else. You confirm you have the right to use the photos, text, and music you upload.
What you may not do
No illegal content, no content involving minors in a sexual context, no harassment or content published about someone without their consent, no copyright infringement, no malware, and no attempts to break or overload the service. We can remove a page or close an account that breaks these rules, without a refund.
Free pages and paid pages
Building a page is free. Publishing it permanently requires payment. An unpaid page can go live once for a short preview window so you can check it on a real phone, then it goes offline until you pay. Pages that are never paid for are deleted five days after they are created.
Payment
Prices are shown at checkout and payment is handled by Stripe. Some plans are a one-time payment and some renew until you cancel. The checkout page tells you which one you are buying before you pay. You can cancel a renewing plan at any time from your dashboard. See our Refund Policy for what happens to money already paid.
Availability
We work hard to keep pages online, but we provide the service as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Keep your own copies of the photos and text you care about. We are not liable for indirect losses, and in any case our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months.
Ending things
You can delete your pages or ask us to close your account at any time. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms or that is being used to harm someone.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
