Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable. You can build your whole page for free and preview it before paying, so you know exactly what you are buying. Once the page is unlocked the product has been delivered in full.

• You were charged twice for the same page.
• You paid and the page never unlocked, and we could not fix it for you.
• Someone used your card without permission. Tell us and we will refund it.
• A refund is required by the law where you live.

You can cancel a renewing plan at any time from your dashboard. It stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and we do not refund part of a period. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Email support@yourlovepage.com within 14 days of the charge, from the address you used at checkout, and include the link to your page. We reply within 24 hours.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
