Refund Policy

If you ask within 14 days of being charged, we refund the full amount. You do not need to give a reason. This applies to one-time payments and to every charge on a renewing plan, including renewals.

You can cancel a renewing plan at any time from your dashboard, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling and asking for a refund are separate: if you also want your latest charge back, ask within 14 days of that charge.

Email support@yourlovepage.com. Mentioning the email you paid with or the link to your page helps us find your order quickly. We reply within 24 hours.

Some orders are processed by our reseller, Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for those orders. If you paid through Paddle you can also request your refund directly at paddle.net.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
